Overthinking is widespread in our society and its root lies in our reliance on the logical mind. We are trained to think, use reason, and rationalize—lessons learned by us from the very beginning of our education. However, that’s not the whole picture.
The mind is a powerful tool, but it requires the body to maintain balance and harmony. Unfortunately, we are not taught how to use our bodies for self-regulation in school.
Beyond physical exercise, there are additional techniques like body awareness, which involves consciously connecting and communicating with your body. This helps shift focus from the mind to the body, allowing transformation without overthinking.
